Evaluation of the Groundwater Limited Exploitation Effect Using the Comprehensive Index System in Baoding Area

摘要 保定市平原区由于大规模超采地下水,引发了诸如地下水降落漏斗、地面沉降等环境地质问题。2014年起,水利部组织实施华北地下水超采综合治理工作。在此基础上,有必要针对地下水压采效果进行客观有效的评价,以支撑地下水保护工作的推进与完善。以保定市平原区为研究对象,从地下水供水结构、水位变化、水资源角度出发,对压采效果进行评价。评价结果表明,保定市区、顺平县和易县压采效果差,因为上述区域水位减幅和超采变化率较低,工业地下水供水占比依然较高。满城县和高阳县的压采效果等级为良好,该区水位恢复的各项指标和水资源开发利用程度指标有较高得分;其次该区的居民、农业、工业的地下水供水占比较低。总体来讲,本次建立的指标体系反映地下水压采效果,为保定市平原区进一步保护地下水资源提供了科学依据,为地下水压采考核工作提供技术支撑和借鉴。 The groundwater in Baoding area is seriously over-exploited for many years,which leads to some environmental geological problems happened,such as underground water funneling,ground subsidence and ground fractures.From 2014,the comprehensive management was developed to limit and reduce groundwater mining in North China by Ministry of Water Resources.Based on this situation,a reasonable evaluation method on groundwater limited-overexploitation effect should be proposed for supporting the groundwater resource protection.In this paper,Baoding plain area as the research object,from the perspective of groundwater supply structure,water level changes,water resources to evaluate the effect of groundwater limited-mining.The results show that Baoding city,Shunping county and Yixian county have poor pressure recovery effect,because the water level reduction and over-recovery rate are low in the above areas,and the proportion of industrial groundwater supply is still high.In Mancheng county and Gaoyang county,the level of pressure mining effect is good,and the indicators of water level recovery and water resources development and utilization have higher scores,followed by the residents,agriculture and industry of the area of groundwater supply is relatively low.In general,the index system established this time reflects the effect of underground water pressure extraction,which provides a scientific basis for the further protection of groundwater resources in the plain area of Baoding city,and provides technical support and reference for the assessment of underground water pressure extraction.
