胶凝砂砾石材料特性及填筑工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 为充分了解胶凝砂砾石材料的性能,并为胶凝砂砾石在工程中的应用提供指导,首先在实验室中开展四因素三水平的正交试验,对单位用水量、单位水泥用量、单位粉煤灰用量以及砂率4种指标对胶凝砂砾石工作和力学性能的影响程度进行分析。结果表明,胶凝砂砾石的工作性能受单位用水量的影响最大,强度受单位粉煤灰用量的影响最大,砂率对工作性能和力学性能的影响不显著;整体而言,胶凝砂砾石材料表面对气体的抗渗性较差,因此在施工过程中需要特别注意碾压参数。根据试验结果,提出几点胶凝砂砾石填筑注意事项,可为指导工程实践提供帮助。 In order to fully grasp the properties of cemented sand and gravel materials and provide guidance for the application of cemented sand and gravel in engineering,firstly,the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels was carried out in the laboratory,and the influence degree of unit water consumption,unit cement consumption,unit fly ash consumption and sand ratio on the working and mechanical properties of cemented sand and gravel was analyzed.The results show that the workability of cemented sand gravel is most affected by unit water consumption,the strength is most affected by unit fly ash consumption,and the influence of sand ratio on workability and mechanical properties is not significant.On the whole,the surface of cemented sand gravel material has poor impermeability to gas,so special attention should be paid to the rolling parameters in the construction process.According to the test results,the paper puts forward some points for attention in the filling of cemented sand gravel,which can provide help for guiding engineering practice.
