摘要
在长度超过10 m的超长空桩段工况下,注浆管易被缠绕、扭曲,影响桩端后注浆顺利进行。为了确保注浆管的成活率,提出辅助钢筋笼设计参数,将注浆管绑定在辅助钢筋笼主筋上,并接至地面,保护超长空桩段部分的注浆管,消除注浆管缠绕、扭曲,保证桩端后注浆顺利进行,确保注浆质量。超长空桩段工况下桩端后注浆辅助钢筋笼关键技术能为类似工程提供参考。
On condition of super-long hollow pile section with the length of more than 10 m,the grouting pipes are easy to be wound and twisted,which affects progress of post grouting for pile tip.In order to ensure progress of post grouting for pile tip,the design parameters of the auxiliary reinforcement cage are proposed.The grouting pipes are bound to the main reinforcements of the auxiliary reinforcement cage to extend to ground,which eliminates winding and twisting of grouting pipes with super-long hollow pile section,and ensures progress of post grouting and grouting quality for pile tip.Results can provide reference for similar project.
