摘要
为研究预制装配式钢-混组合梁的合理有限元计算模型,以一座30 m跨径预制装配式简支钢-混组合梁桥为对象,采用大型有限元程序分别建立组合截面和不同钢梁-混凝土板连接条件下的分离截面的杆系模型,并将有限元计算结果与现行规范公式计算结果进行了对比。研究表明,钢梁-混凝土板的连接条件对分离截面杆系模型的计算结果具有重大影响;有限元程序的计算结果比现行规范公式的计算结果更偏于安全;对预制装配式钢-混组合梁,在有限元建模时需按实际情况确定连接件的抗剪刚度、间距及可约束的节点自由度数量,仅按现行规范计算的结果是不安全的。
In order to study the reasonable finite element calculation model of prefabricated steel-concrete composite girder,a 30-meter span prefabricated simply supported steel-concrete composite girder bridge was taken as an object,and the one dimension FEM of composite section and separated section under different steel girder-concrete slab connection conditions were established by using large-scale finite element program,and the finite element calculation results were compared with the calculation results of code formula.The research shows that the connection conditions of steel girder and concrete slab have a great influence on the calculation results of the one dimension FEM,and the calculation results of the one dimension FEM are safer than those of the current code formula.For prefabricated steel-concrete composite girder,the shear stiffness,spacing and the number of restrained joint degrees of freedom should be determined according to the actual situation in the finite element model,and the calculation results according to the current code are unsafe.
