摘要
研究了在熔化极氩弧焊中工艺参数对6061铝合金组织性能的影响,观察了焊接接头的宏观形貌及金相组织,并测试了不同参数(坡口角度、焊接电流、母材厚度)下的焊接接头拉伸力学性能与硬度,讨论了断口形貌、焊接电流对力学强度的影响。
In this topic,it have been studied that MIG process parameters of 6061 aluminum influence alloy microstructure and properties,mechanical property and microharness was measured,fracture morphology and welding current effect on welded joints strength discussed,and welded jointsmicrosture and macrostructure observed.
