摘要
为了研究泡沫沥青二灰碎石冷再生路用性能,通过振动成型干密度试验、劈裂强度试验和水泥掺量分析冷再生混合料配合比,并通过疲劳性能试验和劈裂强度试验研究冷再生力学性能,最后通过试验段综合评价泡沫沥青冷再生路用性能。研究表明:2.0%水泥剂量、2.5%沥青用量泡沫沥青冷再生满足强度要求;泡沫沥青冷再生在低应变时具有较高的抗疲劳性能,但在高应变时抗疲劳性能显著降低;泡沫沥青冷再生基层平均弯沉略低于水泥冷再生基层。
In order to study the cold recycled road performance of foam asphalt diatomite,this paper analyzes the cold recycled mix ratio through vibration molding dry density test,splitting strength test and cement dosage,and studies the cold recycled mechanical properties through fatigue performance test and splitting strength test,and finally evaluates the cold recycled road performance of foam asphalt through test section.The study shows that:2.0%cement dosage,2.5%asphalt dosage foam asphalt cold regeneration meets the strength requirements.The cold recycled foam asphalt has high fatigue resistance at low strain.However,the fatigue resistance at high strain is significantly reduced.The average bending of foam asphalt cold recycled diatomite is slightly lower than cement recycled diatomite.
