摘要
总结了目前国际上主流的平面度测量设备和方法,提出了一种基于结构光3D相机和陀螺仪的大平面墙体平面度测量方法,并对市场主流结构光深度相机和陀螺仪的技术指标进行了分析选型,论断了墙体平面度测量可达到的技术指标。同时,介绍了该测量装置对于较大面积的墙体的平面度的测试测量过程和计算方法。与传统的墙体平面度测量方法相比,提出的测量方法速度快、效率高、便于携带、价格合理,具有很高的商业应用价值。
This paper summarized the current international mainstream flatness measurement equipment and methods,proposes a method of flatness measurement of large plane wall based on 3D camera and gyroscope.The mainstream about the structured-light camera and gyroscope in the market are analyzed and selected,and what precision can be achieved by wall flatness measurement are discussed.At the same time,the paper introduces the measurement process and calculation method of the flatness of the large area wall.Compared with the traditional method of wall flatness measurement,the method proposed in this paper is fast,efficient,easy to carry,reasonable in price,and has high commercial application value.
