社区商业活力的空间韧性——北京胡同区空间治理对比研究

The spatial resilience of the community’s commercial vitality:Comparative study on spatial governance of Beijing Hutong

基于百度街景时光机和实地调研数据,分析了2015一2020年北京中心城区7平方公里范围胡同区空间治理前后的社区业态变化情况,并应用空间句法模型分析了其分布规律和变化趋势。结果显示:尽管社区商业总量及各细分业态社区商业的落位街道有剧烈波动,但治理前后社区商业聚集分布的位置非常稳定,均与1000米半径标准化角度选择度参数有较高相关性。此外,治理之后的各街道段社区商业分布与人口密度、城市商业密度、公共交通便利性三类参数的相关性均有所提升,体现出功能变化背后由空间联系带来的场所韧性。

Based on baidu Street View time machine and field survey data,this paper analyzes the changes of community businesses before and after spatial governance in Hutong district,which covers an area of 7 square kilometers in central Beijing from 2015 to 2020,and uses space syntax model to analyze the distribution rules and trend of changes. The results show that although the total amount of business in the community and the commercial location of each subdivision of business community have a sharp fluctuation,in essence,the location of commercial agglomeration and distribution in the community is very stable before and after governance,and has a high correlation with the standardized Angle selection parameter of 1000 m radius. In addition,after governance,the correlation between community commercial distribution and population density,urban commercial density,public transportation convenience and other threeparameters is improved, reflecting the spatialresilience brought by spatial connection behind the functional change.
