复方苦参注射液辅助唑来膦酸和羟考酮及三维适形放疗治疗肺癌骨转移临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Bitter shen Injection Assisted Zoledhonic Acid,Hydrocodone and Three-dimensional Radiotherapy for Bone Transference in Lung Cancer

目的探究复方苦参注射液辅助唑来膦酸、羟考酮及三维适形放疗治疗肺癌骨转移患者的临床疗效。方法选取82例我院肺癌骨转移患者(2018年3月至2019年9月),按照随机数字表法分为观察组41例和对照组41例。对照组采用唑来膦酸、羟考酮及三维适形放疗治疗,观察组采用复方苦参注射液辅助唑来膦酸、羟考酮及三维适形放疗治疗。比较2组疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分划线法(VAS)评分、卡氏(KPS)评分。结果观察疼痛缓解率90.24%高于对照组70.73%(P<0.05);治疗后两组VAS、KPS评分均较治疗前改善,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应与对照组比较无明差异(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液辅助唑来膦酸、羟考酮及三维适形放疗治疗肺癌骨转移患者效果显著,可有效改善患者骨疼痛,提高生活质量,且不会明显增加药物不良反应,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound bitter ginseng injection-assisted zoledhonic acid,oxycodone and three-dimensional adaptive radiotherapy in patients with bone metastasis in lung cancer.Methods 82 patients with bone metastases in our hospital(March 2018~September 2019)were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41)according to randomized 2008 Table 19 method.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid,oxycoketone and 3-dimensional appropriate radiotherapy,and the observation group used compound bitter ginseng injection-assisted zoledronic acid,oxycoketone and 3-dimensional appropriate radiation therapy.Two groups of efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,pain visual simulation score(VAS)scores,and KPS scores were compared.Results The pain relief rate was 90.24%higher than 70.73%(P<0.05);VAS,KPS score improved after treatment,and VAS was lower and KPS was higher than control(P<0.05);no significant difference between adverse reactions and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound bitter ginseng injection assisted zoledhonic acid,hydrocodone and three-dimensional appropriate radiotherapy on patients with bone metastasis in lung cancer,which can effectively improve the bone pain,improve the quality of life,without significantly increasing adverse drug reactions and high safety.
