阿帕替尼联合SOX方案化疗对晚期胃癌疾病控制率及无进展中位生存期的影响

Effect of Apatinib Combined with SOX Chemotherapy on Disease Control and Progression-free Median Survival in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的探究阿帕替尼联合SOX方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌患者的效果。方法选取我院晚期胃癌患者88例(2017年10月至2019年1月),按照随机数字表法分为研究组44例和对照组44例。对照组采用SOX方案化疗治疗,研究组采用阿帕替尼联合SOX方案化疗治疗。比较两组疾病控制率、治疗前后血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原199(CA199)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、随访1年无进展中位生存期。结果研究组疾病控制率86.36%高于对照组59.09%(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清CEA、CA199、VEGF水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组无进展中位生存期(8个月)长于对照组(5个月),P<0.05。结论阿帕替尼联合SOX方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效显著,可有效控制病情进展,降低肿瘤标志物水平,延长无进展中位生存期。

Objective To investigate the effect of apatinib combined with SOX chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 88 patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected(October 2017~January 2019)and divided into study group(n=44)and control group(n=44)according to the method of random number table.the control group was treated with SOX regimen chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with apatinib combined with SOX regimen chemotherapy.The disease control rate,serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),glycan antigen 199(CA199)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were compared in 2 groups.progression median survival.Results The disease control rate of the study group was 86.36%higher than that of the control group 59.09%(P<0.05);after treatment,the serum CEA、CA199、VEGF level of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the median survival time of the study group without progress was 8 months longer than that of the control group(5 months).Conclusion Apatinib combined with SOX hemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,which can effectively control the progression of the disease,reduce the level of tumor markers,and prolong the median survival time without progression.
