摘要
对钼尾矿(MoT)进行碱熔活化处理并作为辅助胶凝材料,研究了m(Na OH)∶m(MoT)、煅烧温度、煅烧时间等因素对MoT活化效果的影响。结果表明:碱熔活化能有效破坏MoT颗粒表面的网络结构,促进活性(Si+Al)的溶出,提高MoT活性;活化的最优条件为:采用湿法加碱煅烧的方式、MoT颗粒控制在74μm以下,m(Na OH)∶m(MoT)=1∶5、煅烧温度450℃、煅烧时间60 min,在此条件下MoT的碱溶浸出(Si+Al)浓度为1427 mg/L;当活化钼尾矿掺量为15%时,水泥胶砂的28 d抗压强度可达41.7 MPa。
Molybdenum tailings(MoT) were activated by alkali fusion and used as supplementary cementitious material. The effects of mass ratio(Na OH/molybdenum tailings),calcining temperature,and calcining time on the activation effect of MoT were investigated. The experimental results show that the network structure on the surface of MoT particles can be destroyed by alkali melt activation,which can promote the dissolution of the activity(Si+Al) and effectively improve the activity of MoT. The optimal process conditions are as follows:wet alkali calcination,the size of MoT particles below 74 μm,the mass ratio of 1∶5,calcination temperature of 450 ℃ and calcination time of 60 min,under these conditions,the alkali leaching(Si+Al) concentration of molybdenum tail reached 1427 mg/L. When the AMoT content is 15%,the compressive strength of cement mortar for 28 d can reach 41.7 MPa.
