消失模生产灰铁大平板件浇注塌箱的工艺改进

摘要 用消失模生产铸件,浇注塌箱是生产缺陷之一,塌箱缺陷的发生,造成产品不可修复,直接导致产品的报废,特别的在浇注大平板件或内腔封闭及半封闭的铸件时,更容易发生塌箱缺陷。从型内负压度、浇注位置、浇注系统截面积等入手,通过生产工艺的改进,解决了大平板铸件的浇注塌箱缺陷。 Casting box collapse is one of the production defects in the production of castings with EPC.The occurrence of box collapse defects makes the products irreparable and directly leads to the scrapping of products.Especially,when casting large flat parts or castings with closed and semi closed inner cavity,box collapse defects are more likely to occur.Starting from the negative pressure degree in the mold,pouring position and sectional area of the pouring system,the pouring box collapse defect of large plate castings was solved through the improvement of production process.
