摘要
碳硫分析仪是各类铸造企业最常用铁水碳、硫含量检测的关键设备,有效保证碳硫分析仪检测结果的准确性和测量过程的稳定性,是铸造企业日常生产中的关键质控点。本文通过碳硫分析仪测量过程中的不确定度评定以及管制图的质量过程控制方式,有效保证了碳硫分析仪在日程检测中的稳定可靠。
Sulfur and carbon analyzer is the most commonly used of all kinds of casting enterprises of the carbon and sulfur content detection of key equipment,effectively ensure the accuracy of sulfur and carbon analyzer detection results and the stability of the measurement process,is the key quality control point in the daily production of casting enterprises.In this paper,the uncertainty evaluation and the quality process control method of the control chart are used to ensure the stability and reliability of the C-S analyzer in the schedule test.
