摘要
本文对气缸体铸件裂隙状气孔缺陷的特征进行了描述,并探讨了形成机理,试验证明采取降低铁水氮含量、减少砂芯树脂加入量、减少铸件热节倾向等措施可有效减少裂隙状气孔缺陷的产生。
In this paper,the characteristics of cracked pores defects in cylinder block casting are described and the formation mechanism is discussed.The results show that measures such as reducing the content of molten iron and nitrogen,reducing the resin content of sand core and reducing the hot spot tendency of casting can effectively reduce the occurrence of fissured porosity defects.
