罗丹明基力致变色聚氨酯材料的制备及其性能

摘要 以罗丹明6G、乙醇胺、2-溴乙醇等试剂为原料通过开环、酯化等多步反应合成具有反应性基团羟基的罗丹明力致变色染料,通过核磁共振氢谱、质谱等手段对其结构进行表征;之后用聚四氢呋喃与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应合成预聚体。采用合成的罗丹明基力致变色染料作为扩链剂与预聚体进行反应得到具有力致变色性能的材料。结果显示:合成的聚氨酯材料受力后颜色从无色变为红色,室温条件静置15 min后,聚氨酯的颜色会恢复到受力前的无色状态,且重复5次变色性能没有明显下降;同时该材料具有较好的抗干扰性能,紫外线、温度等刺激均不能影响其变色性能。以上实验结果表明该力致变色聚氨酯材料具有良好的性能,有望应用于智能服装等领域。 Rhodamine dyes with reactive hydroxyl groups was synthesized by ring-opening,esterification reactions with rhodamine 6G,ethanolamine,2-bromoethanol as starting materials.The structure of rhodamine dyes was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR)and mass spectrum.Then the prepolymer was synthesized by the reaction of polyteramethylene etherglycol(TPMEG)with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI).The mechanochromic materials were obtained by the reaction of mechanochromic rhodamine dyes as chain extender with the as prepared prepolymer.The results show that the color of the synthetic polyurethane material changes from colorless to red under stress.After standing at room temperature for 15 minutes,the color of the polyurethane return to the colorless state,and the color performance of the polyurethane do not decrease significantly after repeated 5 times.At the same time,the material has a good anti-interference performance,ultraviolet light,temperature and other stimuli cannot affect its color performance.The above experimental results show that the new polyurethane material has excellent properties.It is expected to be used in smart clothing and other fields.
