基于针梳缠绕问题的染深色涤纶纤维性能研究

摘要 针对针梳工序深色涤纶纤维缠绕罗拉、皮辊的问题,文章对染藏青色涤纶纤维的质量比电阻、摩擦因数、低聚物特性进行测试分析。实验结果得到,染藏青色涤纶纤维的质量比电阻值为2.3×10^(9)(Ω·g)/cm^(2),大于原样涤纶纤维的质量比电阻值。染藏青色涤纶纤维提取的总低聚物含有染料分子,低聚物的热稳定性比原样涤纶提取低聚物热稳定性差。原涤纶试样提取的总低聚物在热重测试温度为239℃时,质量损失1.8%;染藏青色涤纶纤维提取的总低聚物在热重测试温度为223℃时,质量损失4.9%。 Based on the winding roller or rubber-cover roll of dyed dark color polyester fibers in gilling process,the mass specific resistance,friction coefficient and oligomer properties of the dyed color polyester were investigated in this paper.Experimental results show that the mass specific resistance of dyed dark-blue polyester fibers was 2.3×10^(9)(Ω·g)/cm^(2),which is higher than that of original polyester fiber.The oligomer from dyed polyester fiber had dye molecules,the thermos-stability of the oligomer extracted from dyed dark-blue polyester fibers was poor than that extracted from original polyester fibers.The mass loss of the oligomer from the original polyester fibers was 1.8%at 239℃,but the mass loss of the oligomer from the dyed polyester fibers was 4.9%at 223℃.
