同位素丰度对硅晶格常数的影响

摘要 本文简述了同位素纯硅材料在新领域中的应用,并回顾早期关于稳定同位素硅-28(^(28)Si)的获得和进行的一些相关实验。针对在计量单位-千克的重新建立过程中,利用硅-28精确测量阿伏伽德罗常数的问题,本文根据相关理论和文献,推导了同位素丰度与晶格常数的关系,并据此估算了硅同位素丰度需要达到的要求。 Main applications of isotopic Silicon in new areas were briefly introduced.The work done by the author’s institute on Silicon isotope separation and measurement of^(28)Si epitaxial wafer and diodes in early year was presented.For precisely measurement of Avogadro constant as basic metrology unit of kilogram using^(28)Si,relation of isotope abundance and lattice constant deviation was reduced.Examples were calculated using the relation,thus the requirement of Silicon abundance was estimated.
