基于综合评价方法的智慧供应链发展路径研究——以我国发达地区六个省市为例

Study on Development Route of Smart Supply Chain Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Method:Empirical Analysis Based on Six Provinces in Developed Regions of China

对我国各个区域智慧供应链发展状况的评价分析是进一步促进其良性发展的重要基础。文章基于目前先进技术发展、需求导向及其文献成果,提出从市场需求、智慧技术、供应链和国家政策四个维度来构建智慧供应链发展评价的指标体系,并应用“纵横向”拉开档次法和双向激励法的综合评价方法,采集2010—2018年我国发达地区的上海、浙江、广东、北京、天津、河北六个省市数据,分析其智慧供应链发展水平。研究发现,目前六省市智慧供应链的发展水平分别居于上游、中游和下游三个区间,各区间发展水平存在一定差距,且基于下层指标得分的不同,指出我国南北方智慧供应链发展存在的“技术拉动型”和“需求拉动型”两类发展路径,并分别给出针对性发展建议。

The evaluation and analysis of the development of smart supply chain in various regions of China is an important basis for further promoting its benign development.Based on the current advanced technology development,demand orientation,and literature results,this paper proposes to construct the evaluation index system of smart supply chain development from the four dimensions of market demand,smart technology,supply chain,and national policy.Using the comprehensive evaluation method of"vertical and horizontal"grading method and two-way incentive method,the data of six provinces and cities in China's developed regions such as Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei from 2010 to 2018 are collected to analyze the development level of smart supply chain.It is found that the development level of the smart supply chain in the six provinces and cities currently resides in the three intervals of upstream,midstream,and downstream respectively,and there is a certain gap in the development level of each interval.Based on the different scores of lower level indicators,it is pointed out that there are two kinds of development paths of"technology driven"and"demand driven"in the development of smart supply chain in North and South China,and targeted development suggestions are given respectively.
