摘要
文章基于中国31个省(区、市)2014—2019年养老保障事业的相关数据,运用集对分析等方法,对中国养老敏感性、应对能力和脆弱性状况进行测度与分析,并进一步分析养老脆弱性的绝对差距和分布动态演进过程,得出以下结论:东北地区的老年群体更容易受到内部因素或者外部环境的扰动,我国养老系统的应对能力与经济发展水平的空间分布在一定程度上不匹配,西部地区养老系统的脆弱性程度有较大改善;中国养老脆弱性在空间分布上具有明显的非均衡性,我国养老脆弱性的总体相对差异呈波折下降态势;我国养老脆弱性的整体水平有所改善,除中部地区外其他地区养老脆弱性的绝对差距均在缩小。
Based on the relevant data of China's 31 provinces(autonomous regions and cities)from 2014 to 2019,this paper measures and analyzes China's pension sensitivity,coping ability,and vulnerability by using set pair analysis and other methods,and further analyzes the absolute gap and distribution dynamic evolution process of pension vulnerability.The following conclusions are drawn:the elderly groups in Northeast China are more vulnerable to the disturbance of internal factors or external environment.The coping ability of China's elderly care system does not match the spatial distribution of economic development level to a certain extent,and the vulnerability of the elderly care system in Western China has been greatly improved;the spatial distribution of China's pension vulnerability is obviously unbalanced,and the overall relative difference of China's pension vulnerability shows a downward trend;the overall level of pension vulnerability in China has improved,and the absolute gap of pension vulnerability in other regions is narrowing except the central region.
