摘要
探讨大果木姜子醇提物及不同萃取物中总黄酮及总酚酸的质量浓度与其抗氧化能力的量效关系。运用紫外-可见分光光度法测定大果木姜子不同萃取物中总黄酮和总酚酸质量浓度,并通过DPPH自由基法、FRAP法、羟基自由基法及ABTS^(+)自由基法测定其体外抗氧化能力。结果表明:乙酸乙酯萃取物通过清除DPPH自由基表现出较强的抗氧化活性,清除率为91.5%~93.0%;清除羟基自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基能力以正丁醇萃取物为优,清除率分别为67.2%~84.1%、91.5%~98.2%;根据FRAP法可以看出,在同等质量浓度条件下,醇提物及不同萃取物的抗氧化能力无明显变化,高质量浓度时抗氧化能力最强,可达0.992~1.040 mmol/L。大果木姜子在不同抗氧化测试中均有着较好的抗氧化能力,但由于醇提物及不同萃取物所含黄酮和酚酸的种类不同,其抗氧化效果表现出一定的差异,通过DPPH自由基法和FRAP法测定可以看出,大果木姜子的抗氧化能力呈现出剂量依赖性。
The dose-effect relationship between the mass concentration of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in ethanol extract and different extracts from Cinnamomum migao H. W. Li and its antioxidant capacity were explored. The mass concentrations of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids were determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry,and the antioxidant capacities were determined by DPPH free radical method,FRAP method,hydroxyl free radical method and ABTS^(+)free radical method. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract showed strong antioxidant activity by scavenging DPPH free radicals,and the scavenging rate was 91. 5 % ~ 93. 0 %. The n-butanol extract has the best scavenging ability for hydroxyl radicals and ABTS^(+)free radicals,and the scavenging rates were 67. 2 % ~84. 1 % and 91. 5 % ~98. 2 %,respectively. According to the FRAP method,there was no significant difference in the antioxidant capacity of extracts from different methods under the same mass concentration conditions. The antioxidant capacity was the strongest at high mass concentrations,which reached 0. 992 ~ 1. 040 mmol/L.Cinnamomum migao H. W. Li had good antioxidant capacity in different antioxidant tests,but due to the different types of flavonoids and phenolic acids contained in extracts of different methods,their antioxidant effects showed certain differences. DPPH free radical method and FRAP method showed that the antioxidant capacity of Cinnamomum migao H. W. Li presented a dose-dependent manner.
