加强高职竞赛体系建设 提升学生职业能力

学科竞赛以及职业技能大赛是学生检验学生综合能力的一个优良的平台,其宗旨是深化教学改革、提升学生的实践能力、通过竞赛促进社会重视职业教育,以赛促教,提升教师综合能力、以赛促学培养高端人才。针对竞赛内容与评价方式仍需完善、教育资源分配不均衡以及教学时间分配不均衡等问题,提出了科学评价、合理设置竞赛内容、正确引导科学分配教育资源以及合理设置竞赛时间的对策,形成以竞赛推动教学改革的完整教学体系。

Subject competitions and vocational skills competitions are an excellent platform to test students'comprehensive abilities.Its purpose is to deepen teaching reform,improve students'practical ability,and lead the society to attach importance to vocational education through competitions;its significance is to promote teaching and improve teachers'comprehensive ability through competitions,promote learning through competitions and cultivate high-end talents.Currently the competition content and evaluation methods still need to be improved.The distribution of educational resources and teaching time is unbalanced.In view of these problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:it needs to scientifically evaluate and reasonably select the competition content,and scientifically distribute educational resources and arrange the competition time,then a complete teaching system which promotes teaching reform through competitions is established.
