新工科背景下高职人才培养的改革与实践--以高职建筑工程技术专业为例

Reform and Practice of Higher Vocational Talent Cultivation under the Background of New Engineering

从我国工科教育体系出发,以培养新工科背景下的建筑工程技术人才为导向,剖析了现阶段传统工科体系中存在的问题,论证了新工科的必要性。根据中国发展与时代需要,对高职教育理论教学体系、实践教学体系等方面进行了综合论证,提出了人才培养改革方案和具体措施:培养学生主动学习意识;学生专业技能培养融入课程思政;创建科学课程体系;创建双师型教学团队;开展基于岗位的实训教学。

Starting from China's engineering system and guided by the cultivation of construction engineering technical talents under the background of new engineering,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current traditional engineering system,and demonstrates the necessity of new engineering.In view of China's development and the needs of the era,it elaborates on the theory teaching system and practice teaching system of higher vocational education,and puts forward talent training reform plans and specific measures:cultivating students'autonomous learning awareness,integrating ideological and political elements into vocational skill training,establishing scientific curriculum system,establishing double-qualified teaching team,and conducting practice teaching based on posts.
