一维与二维气相色谱实例分析

摘要 一维气相色谱是由1根色谱柱构成的分离系统,主要用于分析组分较为单一的样品,通常只能分离出1种或2种组分。针对一维色谱技术在实际应用过程中,对复杂组分的样品进行分离时的局限性,在采用的二维气相色谱技术中,将分离机理不同、相互独立的2根色谱柱以调制器串联的方式构成二维气相色谱系统。介绍了以阀调制类型为主导的一维与二维气相色谱系统,主要应用于气化炉粗煤气、甲醇净化气、甲醇合成气、甲醇弛放气、微量甲烷和非总烃的分析中。 The one dimensional gas chromatography is a separation system composed of one chromatographic column,it is mainly used to analyze samples with relatively single components.Usually,only one or two components can be separated.In view of the limitations of one-dimensional chromatography technology in the separation of samples with complex components in the process of practical application,in the two-dimensional gas chromatography technology,two independent chromatographic columns with different separation mechanisms were connected in series by modulators to form a two-dimensional gas chromatography system.The one-dimensional and two-dimensional gas chromatography systems dominated by valve modulation types were introduced,which is mainly used in the analysis of gasifier crude gas,methanol purified gas,methanol synthesis gas,methanol release gas,trace methane and non-total hydrocarbon.
