摘要
目的探索平行病历在住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)学员医患沟通能力培养中的作用。方法选取在昆明医科大学第二附属医院风湿科轮转2个月的住培学员40人,分为平行病历组及对照组,每组20人。对照组进行常规教学。平行病历组在开展叙事医学知识学习后,写作、分享并讨论平行病历。两组在培训前后分别用医患沟通考核评分表、住院医师规范化培训临床技能考核表收集相关数据,并进行评价、分析。结果共收集到22份合格的平行病历,在培训后的医患沟通能力评价上,两组相比有差异,平行病历组优于对照组;培训前后的临床能力考核评分上,两组相比无差异。结论写作平行病历有助于提高住培学员的医患沟通能力,且不会影响其对临床技能的掌握。
Objective To axplore the role of paralleal case in the training of doctor-patientcommunication ability of residents in standardized training.Methods Forty trainees wha had beeninterned in the rheumatology department of the Second Affliated Hospital of Kunming MedicalUniversity for two months were selected.They were divided into parallel case group and controlgroup,each group of 20 trainees.Control group received traditional teaching.Parallel case groupwrate,shared and discussed parallel cases after studying narrative mecicine.The data which collactedfrom the doctor-patient communication assessment scale and the clinical skills assessment form ofstandardized training for residents was analyzed before and after the training.Results 22 qualifiedparallel cases were collected.About the communication ability,there were differences between twogroups,and the parallel case group was superior to the control grcup.There was no dlifference betweentwo groups on the aspect of clinical ability.Conclusion Parallel case is helpful to improve the coctor-patient communication ability of residents in standardized training.It did not influence trainees’masteryof clinical skills.
