摘要
2020年4月,人民卫生出版社推出第二轮国家卫生健康委员会(以下简称国家卫健委)住院医师规范化培训(以下简称规培)规划教材。在修订第一版教材内容的基础上,本轮增补了叙事医学进入这一重要的教材体系。这本《叙事医学》是国内首次出现的以"叙事医学"为名称的专门教材,标志着叙事医学作为一个学科在医学教育中落地,具有较强的理论和实践意义。本文将从叙事医学学科化的阶段性成果、规培成果、医学人文教育成果三个层次,分别讨论《叙事医学》出版的意义。
In April 2020,the People's Health Publishing Hause launched the second edition ofthe textbooks for standardlzed training af resident physicians in accordance with the requirements bythe Natianal Health Cammission.On the basis of revising the contents of the first edition,NarrativeMedicine has been added into this crucial textbook system.Narrative Medicine is the first particulartextbook in the name af“narrative medicine”in China,which marks the lancing of narrative medicine asa discipline in medical education,and therefore provides strong theoretical and practical significance.This article will discuss the signifcance of the publication of Narrative Medicine from three levels:as astage achievement of narrative medicine as a discipline,as an achieverment of the standardized trainingof resident physicians,and as an achievement of general medical humanities education.
