管材超声波相控阵高速线性自动检测系统优化 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步优化管材超声波相控阵检测系统,对常规超声波相控阵检测系统进行升级,采用非接触式超声耦合技术,同时基于相控阵超声波检测技术,根据管材直径选用不同的探头盒。优化结果显示,探头盒内每个相控阵探头的超声波束以30°~70°的角度折射到管材中,且该折射角可根据管材壁厚和直径进行调节,从而实现100%的检测覆盖率,保证管材内、外缺陷的扫查。研究表明,通过对常规超声波相控阵检测系统进行升级,提高了相控阵检测系统的灵敏度,同时提高了超声波自动探伤的工作效率,保证了产品质量。 In order to further optimize the pipe ultrasonic phased array detection system,the conventional ultrasonic phased array detection system is upgraded,and the non-contact ultrasonic coupling technology is adopted.At the same time,based on the phased array ultrasonic detection technology,different probe boxes are selected according to different pipe diameters.After optimization,the results show that after optimization,the ultrasonic beam of each phased array probe in the probe box is refracted into the pipe at an angle of 30°~70°,and the refraction angle can be adjusted according to the pipe wall thickness and diameter,so as to achieve 100%detection coverage and ensure the scanning of internal and external defects of the pipe.The test shows that by upgrading the conventional ultrasonic phased array detection system,the sensitivity of the phased array detection system is improved,the working efficiency of ultrasonic automatic flaw detection is improved,and the product quality is guaranteed.
