甘蔗中次生代谢产物和保护酶与螟虫抗性的相关性研究

摘要 为了研究甘蔗中次生代谢产物和保护酶与甘蔗抗虫性的关系,用茉莉酸甲酯作为外源诱导物质对不同品种的甘蔗进行处理,测定诱导后螟虫易感、螟虫抗性甘蔗品种总酚和单宁的含量以及过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果表明:经茉莉酸甲酯诱导后,抗螟虫品种粤甘34号、云蔗03-258、粤甘26号的总酚和单宁含量以及上述几种保护酶的活性均高于易感螟虫品种粤甘35号、德蔗03-83和柳城03-1137。茉莉酸甲酯诱导后甘蔗中次生代谢产物含量与保护酶活性均与甘蔗螟虫抗性呈正相关,因此,可以为甘蔗抗虫品种的评价和选育提供参考。 Contents of total phenols and tannins and activities of catalase,polyphenol oxidase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in borer-susceptible/resistant sugarcane varieties were tested after treatment of methyl jasmonate as an exogenous inducer,in order to study the relationship between insect resistance of sugarcane and its secondary metabolites and protective enzymes.The results indicate that contents of total phenols and tannins and activities of the protective enzymes above in borer-resistant sugarcane varieties Yuegan34,Yunzhe03-258 and Yuegan26 are higher than those in borer-susceptible sugarcane varieties Yuegan35,Dezhe03-83 and Liucheng03-1137 after methyl jasmonate induction.Secondary metabolites contents and protective enzymes activities in sugarcane are positively correlated with its resistance of sugarcane borer after methyl jasmonate induction,so they could be used as index components in the evaluation and breeding of insect resistant sugarcane.
