摘要
新冠疫情自2020年起在全球蔓延至今,对人民生活各方面都造成了一定影响,其中房地产业的波动不容小觑。运用SWOT分析方法,客观并系统地分析了后疫情时期房地产业所具有的优势和劣势、所面临的机遇和挑战,为制定后疫情时期房地产业战略提供参考。
COVID-19 has spread all over the world since 2020,and it has created great impact to people’s life.It is significant to pay attention to the change in real estate industry.Using SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the real estate industry in the post-epidemic period are objectively and systematically analyzed,so as to provide reference for formulating the real estate industry strategy in the post-epidemic period.
