摘要
随着城镇化的发展,许多城镇发展的重点开始从片面地向外扩张发展转为内部存量用地更新,城区内大量的存量用地将成为城市未来发展的重要资源。本文从存量优化的角度出发,主要针对安图县中心城区即明月镇的现状土地利用所存在的问题进行分析,结合实际情况,对明月镇内低效用地进行再开发潜力评估,针对不同类型的低效用地提出相应的建议,积极盘活存量低效用地,提高土地的空间效益,从而提高土地节约集约利用水平,以期为安图县新一轮的国土空间规划后续编制提供参考。
With the development of urbanization,the focus of many urban development began to change from one-sided outward expansion and development to internal stock land renewal.A large amount of stock land in urban areas will become an important resource for the future development of cities.In this paper,from the perspective of inventory optimization,mainly for antu county city center is the current situation of Mingyue Town land use by the analysis of existing problems,combined with the actual situation,to the Mingyue Town to inefficient use of land in the capacity of development potential evaluation,put forward the corresponding suggestion for different types of inefficient land,actively revitalize the stock of inefficient use of land and increase the profit of the land of space,in order to improve the level of land conservation and intensive use,in order to provide reference for the follow-up compilation of a new round of antu county territorial space planning.
