摘要
针对玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)圆管端部受压易破坏的问题,提出不同的加固方式。对影响端部加固的一些因素进行分析,设计几种铰接试件端部加固方式并试验。结果表明:带底板的双层闭合圆环端部加固对承载力提高最有效;将带底板的双层闭合圆环的外环进行机械切割加工得到的加固件,端部加固对承载力提高次之;没有底板的单层圆环与树脂结构胶外包加固承载力提高不明显。
In view of the problem that the end of the glass fiber reinforced composite material(GFRP)tube is easily damaged under pressure,different reinforcement methods are proposed.Some factors affecting the end reinforcement are analyzed,and several hinged specimen end reinforcement methods are designed and tested.The results show that the end reinforcement of the double-layer closed ring with bottom plate is the most effective for improving the bearing capacity;the reinforcement obtained by mechanically cutting the outer ring of the double-layer closed ring with the bottom plate,the end reinforcement improves the bearing capacity inferiorly it is;the single-layer ring without the bottom plate and the resin structural rubber outer cover to strengthen the bearing capacity is not obvious.
