摘要 介绍某甲醇装置高压锅炉给水泵驱动侧轴承温度高现象,分析判断认为高压锅炉给水泵与齿轮箱对中找正不良及轴瓦与轴颈扬度不一致(不同心)是造成驱动侧轴承温度升高的主要原因。通过修刮轴瓦,重新对中找正,使轴承温度恢复正常,保证了高压锅炉给水泵安全稳定运行。 This paper introduced the phenomena of high temperature on the drive side bearing in high pressure boiler feed water pump in a methanol plant. It’s found by analyzing that the high temperature was caused by improper alignment between the pump and the gear box, and the inconsistence between bearing bush and bearing neck up-rising inclination. By shaving the bush, and making alignment again, the temperature was restored to the normal, which guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the pump.
