水处理装置气浮泵铸铁机座缺陷的修补技术

摘要 采用焊接和热处理工艺对气浮泵铸铁机座进行了修补,由于焊接成本低且及时完成了生产任务,获得较大的经济效益,为水处理装置的安全运行提供了保证。实践证明,采用铸铁焊接工艺技术具有较高的焊接成功率。 The welding and heat treatment technologies were used to repair the cast iron seat of air floatation pump.Because of the low welding cost, and the timely completion of the task, the great economic benefit was gained, and the safe operation of the water treatment plant was guaranteed. The practice has proved that this welding technology has a great success rate.
