摘要
介绍航天炉生产合成氨装置深度变换系统投运后冷凝液中氨氮含量高,给整个装置连续稳定运行带来一系列严重问题,对此进行原因分析,并提出解决措施。通过优化改造后的生产实践,验证了为解决深度变换系统问题采取的措施和改造的科学性、合理性、经济性。
High concentration of ammonia nitrogen occurred in deep conversion system in HT-L gasifier synthetic ammonia plant after commissioning, which severely impacted on the continuous and stable operation of the whole plant. After analyzing the reasons, we put forward the solutions, which were optimized in the reformation during practical operation and verified to be scientific, reasonable and economical.
