摘要
汴洛铁路东起开封西至洛阳,1905年6月开工,1909年12月竣工,全长183公里,是晚清及民国时期河南省境内一条重要的铁路。汴洛铁路修成通车后,便利了沿线地区的陆路出行,改变了沿线地区的交通格局,冲击了沿线地区自给自足的自然经济,对沿线地区城市的发展产生了深远的影响,这种影响主要表现为开封的近代转型、郑州自开埠城市的发展和沿线地区市镇格局的变化。然而,汴洛铁路的资金来源于外国,加上沿线地区战争频繁,铁路的作用无法得到充分的发挥。
Bianluo railway starts from Kaifeng in the east and ends in Luoyang in the west with a total length of 183 km.It began to be built in June,1905 and completed in December,1909.It was an important railway in Henan province during the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.Its completion and opening has facilitated land travel,changed the traffic pattern of the areas,impacted the self-sufficient natural economy of the areas along the line.Its far-reaching impact on the development of cities along the line is mainly reflected in the modern transformation of Kaifeng,the development of self opening cities in Zhengzhou and the changes in the pattern of cities and towns along the line.However,the role of the railway can not be brought into full play because of the foreign capital invest in its building,and frequent wars along the line.
