Octopuz虚拟软件与S7-1200PLC进行OPC通信的实现

摘要 随着现代工业自动化的不断发展,工厂车间智能化程度随之提升,车间内设备的种类也更加繁多,因不同品牌和型号的底层设备通信协议不一,导致智能车间中通信方式难以统一、通讯困难。因此,利用OPC UA可跨平台、支持更多类型的数据结构、数据传输安全性强等优势,设计并实现了Octopuz虚拟软件与S7-1200PLC的OPC通讯,实现了车间内各种硬件底层设备进行数据信息采集,并达到统一监管的目的。 With the continuous development of modern industrial automation,the intelligent degree of factory workshop is improved,and the types of equipment in the workshop are also more diverse.Because of the different communication protocols of the underlying equipment of different brands and models,it is difficult to unify the communication methods and communication difficulties in the intelligent workshop.This paper,therefore,takes advantage of OPC UA’s cross-platform capability,support for more types of data structures,and strong data transmission security,to design and implement OPC communication between Octopuz virtual software and S7-1200 PLC,which enables data information collection and unified supervision of all the underlying hardware devices in the workshop.
