Value Implication and Realization Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

劳动教育具有育人价值、经济价值和文化价值。当前,职业院校劳动教育主要存在劳动教育价值被低估、劳动教育条件无保障、劳动教育评价机制不健全等问题。基于此,高职院校应提高认识,加强劳动教育条件保障;专人专岗,注重相关科研和劳动教育课程资源研发;完善评价制度,建立健全劳动教育激励机制。

Labor education has educational value, economic value and cultural value. At present, there are some problems in labor education in vocational colleges, such as underestimated value of labor education, insecure labor education conditions, imperfect labor education evaluation mechanism and so on. Based on these, higher vocational colleges should raise awareness and strengthen the guarantee of labor education conditions;Assign special personnel for special posts and pay attention to the research and development of relevant scientific research and labor education curriculum resources;Improve the evaluation system and establish and improve the incentive mechanism of labor education.
