“1+X”证书制度背景下高职院校软件技术专业书证融通模式研究与探索 被引量:1

摘要 新一代信息技术是国家重点发展和扶持的战略性新兴产业,高职院校软件技术专业为软件和信息技术服务业提供人力资源支撑。产业的升级发展迫切需要职业教育为其输送合格和优质的人才。"1+X"证书制度是我国职业教育改革和发展的重要举措。2020年全国有713所高职院校开设了软件技术专业。教育部公布的高等职业学校教学标准中,软件技术专业有3个专业方向、7个岗位群。在国家公布的471个"X"证书中,与软件技术岗位群适配的有60个。分析了面向专业岗位群的X证书特点,探索了高职软件技术专业实施"1+X"复合型技术技能人才培养中书证融通的原则和指导思想,人才培养方案的制定机制,如教学标准对接1+X职业能级等级方法,同步推进"三教"改革的策略。 The new generation of information technology is a strategic emerging industry that the state focuses on developing and supporting.The software technology specialty in higher vocational colleges provides human resources support for the software and information technology service industry.The upgrading and development of industry urgently needs vocational education to deliver qualified and high-quality talents."1+X"certificate system is an important measure of China’s vocational education reform and development.In 2020,713 higher vocational colleges across the country set up software technology majors.According to the higher vocational school teaching standards released by the Ministry of Education,software technology major has three major directions and seven job groups.Among the 471"X"certificates announced by the state,60 are suitable for software technology positions.This paper analyzes the characteristics of X certificate for professional post group,explores the principle and guiding ideology of integrating documents and certificates in the implementation of"1+X"compound technical skills training for software technology major in higher vocational colleges,and the formulation mechanism of talent training programs,such as the method of combining teaching standards with 1+X vocational level level,and the strategy of promoting the reform of"three education"synchronously.
