高职院校思想政治教育教学现状浅析

Analysis on Present Situation of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

思想政治教育在当今社会占据着举足轻重的地位。从古至今,从幼及老无一不接受着思想政治教育潜移默化的影响及引导作用。思想政治教育已提升为大学生在校期间掌握的一门必修课、一种理论学习、一项实践教育,是高等教育课程体系的一个重要组成部分,同时也是高校教育教学工作的重要政治航标。观察当前高职院校思想政治教育教学工作的情形,既包含大学生思想政治教育工作的普适性,同时又独具其特殊性、规律性,集中体现为高职院校大学生自身特有的属性特点。因此,不能照搬普通高等学校思想政治教育的一贯通用方式、方法对高职院校大学生进行教育。研究当前高职院校思想政治教育教学现状,已在理论教学、实践育人、思想政治教育队伍建设等方面都取得了很大的进步,但发展成效中仍潜存着一些问题,及时发现并改善这些现象有助于加强我国高职院校思想政治教育课程建设,提高高职院校思想政治教育课程的实效性发挥。

Ideological and political education plays an important role in today’s society. All people accept ideological and political education subtle influence and guidance. Ideological and political education has been promoted to a compulsory course, a theoretical study and a practical education for college students to master. It is a part of the curriculum system of higher education, and also political beacon of college education and teaching. Observing the current situation of ideological and political education teaching in higher vocational colleges, it not only contains the universality of ideological and political education of college students, but also has its particularity and regularity, which is reflected as the unique attributes and characteristics of college students themselves. Therefore, it is impossible to imitate the consistent and general way of ideological and political education in ordinary colleges and universities to educate college students in higher vocational colleges. Research of the current ideological and political education has been in theory teaching, practice education, ideological and political education has made great progress in such aspects as construction, but some problems still exist in the development results. It is time to discover and improve the phenomenon to strengthen the construction of ideological and political education course in higher vocational colleges as well as improve the practical effect of ideological and political education curriculum.
