摘要
为确定南梁煤矿3^(-1)号煤层30101-1孤岛工作面回采巷道支护参数,采用工程类比、理论计算以及数值模拟方法,对孤岛工作面回采巷道不同支护参数情况下的巷道围岩变形规律进行了研究,并通过现场工业实践验证了研究结果的可靠性。结果表明,在该孤岛工作面采用锚、索、网联合支护最优支护参数的方案下,回采巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,其顶底板最大移近量为95 mm,巷道两帮最大移近量为500 mm。该施工方法满足了现场工作面回采作业期间围岩稳定性的要求,研究结果对类似条件下工作面回采巷道支护参数选取具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to determine the support parameters of 30101-1 island working face in No.3^(-1) coal seam of Nanliang Coal Mine,the deformation law of roadway surrounding rock under different support parameters in island working face is studied by using engineering analogy,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,and the reliability of the research results is verified by field industrial practice.The results show that when the combined support of anchor,cable and mesh with the optimal support parameters is adopted in the mining roadway of the island working face,the maximum roof to floor convergence of the roadway is 95 mm,the maximum displacement of the two sides is 500 mm,and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled.The scheme meets the requirements of surrounding rock stability during working face mining,and has a certain reference significance for the selection of support parameters of mining roadway for working face under similar conditions.
