摘要
刮板输送机在煤矿生产过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,是采矿设备的重要组成部分。文章介绍了为降低刮板输送机中部槽报废率,改进中部槽中板更换工艺工序,综合讨论中部槽的结构特点及磨损机理,针对40 mm厚高强度耐磨钢板与中部槽铸造槽帮,分析2种材料在焊接时的焊接性能、焊接工艺及注意事项,并采用二氧化碳气体保护焊和熔化极活性气体保护焊(MAG焊)分别对中板进行打底焊,同时将2种焊接方式的焊接特点及对高强度耐磨钢板与中部槽铸造槽帮的影响,对于如何提高修复技术、延长中部槽使用寿命、获得良好的综合力学性能,更好地维修刮板输送机的磨损部位提供了技术支持。对提高刮板输送机的效率,节约材料和能源,促进矿井高产高效都具有重要参考意义。
Scraper conveyor plays an important role in the production process of coal mines,and is an important part of mining equipment.In order to reduce the scrapping rate of the middle groove of the scraper conveyor and improve the replacement process of the middle plate of the middle groove,the structural characteristics and wear mechanism of the middle groove are discussed.Aiming at the 40 mm thick high-strength wear-resistant steel plate and the cast groove side of the middle groove,the welding performance,welding process and precautions of the two materials during welding are analyzed.Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding and metal active gas welding(MAG welding)were used to backing weld the medium plate respectively,and the welding characteristics of the two welding methods and their effects on the high-strength wear-resistant steel plate and the cast groove side of the middle groove were analyzed.The research provides technical support for improving the repair technology,prolonging the service life of the middle groove,obtaining good comprehensive mechanical properties,and better repairing the worn parts of the scraper conveyor.It also has important reference significance for improving the efficiency of the scraper conveyor,saving materials and energy,and promoting high yield and efficiency of the mine.
