瑞能煤业“110工法”工作面管理重点及实践 被引量:3

摘要 传统留设煤柱的开采方式所造成的煤炭资源浪费问题日益突出,提高煤炭资源回收率是我国煤炭开采急需解决的重大问题,研究并推广使用切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术将是我国煤炭资源可持续开采的重要发展方向。随着沿空留巷工艺的不断改进,传统工作面布置由“121”逐渐向“110”“N00”发展,对新建、在建矿井的盘区设计、巷道布置等具有较大影响。以瑞能煤业为例,结合“121工法”与“110工法”下综采工作面的差异对比,提出了不同工法下综采工作面安全管理的重点,为类似工程的综采工作面管理提供了经验。 The waste of coal resources caused by the traditional mining method with coal pillar is becoming more and more prominent.Improving the recovery rate of coal resources is a major problem to be solved urgently in China’s coal mining.The research and popularization of roof cutting and pressure relief automatic roadway-formation no-pillar mining technology will be an important development direction of sustainable mining of coal resources in China.With the continuous improvement of gob-side entry retaining technology,the traditional working face layout has gradually developed from“121”to“110”and“N00”,which has a great effect on the panel design and roadway layout of new and under construction mines.Taking Ruineng Coal Mine as an example,through the comparison of safety management of fully mechanized mining face with“121 construction method”and“110 construction method”,the key points of safety management of fully mechanized mining face under different construction methods are put forward,which provides experience for the management of fully mechanized mining face in similar projects.
