摘要
餐饮食品承接着生产及公众消费两大环节,因此其安全监管工作显得极为重要。近几年,在新媒体不断发展进步的背景下,餐饮食品安全事故问题得到了频繁曝光,人们越发关注餐饮食品安全问题,进一步突显了餐饮食品安全监管部门的重要作用,但结合现状来看,餐饮食品安全监管体系仍然存在一定的不足之处。基于此,文章针对餐饮食品安全监管体系调整模式作出分析和探讨。
Catering food undertakes two links:production and public consumption,so its safety supervision work is extremely important.In recent years,under the background of the continuous development and progress of new media,catering food safety accidents have been frequently exposed.This is why people pay more attention to catering food safety issues,which further highlights the important value and role of catering food safety supervision departments.In view of the current situation,the catering food safety supervision system still has certain shortcomings.Based on this,the article analyzes and discusses the adjustment mode of the catering food safety supervision system.
