泉州市网络订餐食品安全监管现状与对策 被引量:1

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision of Online Ordering in Quanzhou

摘要 随着“互联网+”时代的到来,网络餐饮迅猛发展,行业规模不断扩大。2019年泉州市美团、饿了么两个平台共有网络订餐商家55313户,全年网络订餐交易订单数1.24亿,2020年网络订餐商家数量增加至59859户,全年交易订单达1.33亿,在整个新冠疫情防控的大背景下实现了逆势增长。监管执法部门需要创新工作机制,寻找对策应对随之而来的线上食品安全问题。 With the advent of the“Internet+”era,online catering has developed rapidly and the scale of the industry has continued to expand.In 2019,the two platforms of Quanzhou Meituan and Eleme had a total of 55313 online food ordering merchants,and the number of online food ordering transactions in the year was 124 million.In 2020,the number of online food ordering merchants increased to 59859,and the annual transaction orders reached 133 million.Under the background of the entire COVID-19 prevention and control,it has achieved contrarian growth.Regulatory law enforcement agencies need to innovate their working mechanisms and find countermeasures to deal with the consequent online food safety issues.
