浅谈蔬菜食品安全中的生物学危害与控制

Discussion on Biological Hazards and Control of Vegetable Food Safety

蔬菜中含有多种维生素和纤维素,有益于人们的身心健康。近年来人们对蔬菜食品的质量要求也在不断提升。而食源性疾病与蔬菜食品安全的关系非常密切。因此,本文对蔬菜食品安全中的生物学危害进行了深入研究,并提出了蔬菜食品安全中的生物学危害控制有效措施,进而减少生物学危害所带来的不良影响,希望能够为蔬菜食品安全贡献一份力量。

Vegetables contain a variety of vitamins and fiber,which are good for people’s physical and mental health.In recent years,people’s requirements for the quality of vegetable food are also improving.Foodborne diseases are closely related to vegetable food safety.Therefore,this paper conducted an in-depth study on the biological hazards in vegetable food safety,and put forward effective measures to control biological hazards in vegetable food safety,so as to reduce the adverse effects of biological hazards,hoping to contribute to vegetable food safety.
