摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,人们生活水平越来越好,对于食品质量要求也越来越高。食品是人们赖以生存的物质基础,是人们健康的保障。食品质量安全与人们生命健康有着直接的关系。所以必须保证食品检测的质量控制,保障人们的生命健康。目前,我国对于食品安全监管十分严格,食品检测实验室作为强化食品安全检测的重要机构,为食品安全管理提供了科学依据。本文主要阐述食品实验室检测质量控制的意义以及质量控制管理策略,全力确保食品安全。
With the continuous development and progress of social economy,people’s living standards are getting better and better,and the requirements for food quality are getting higher and higher.Food is the basis of people’s survival and the guarantee of people’s health.Food quality and safety are directly related to people’s life and health.Therefore,we must ensure the quality control of food testing and ensure people’s life and health.At present,China’s food safety supervision is very strict.As an important institution to strengthen food safety testing,food testing laboratory provides a scientific basis for food safety management.This paper mainly expounds the significance of food laboratory testing quality control and quality control management strategies to ensure food safety.
