多酶法中试生产苦荞糖浆产线设计

摘要 苦荞糖浆具有苦荞的主要生物活性成分,目前的研究表明苦荞活性物质在抗氧化、抗癌、降血糖、降血压和降胆固醇上有明显的功效。其工业化制备可以为三高病人提供功能性食品、药品的甜味剂和添加剂,使患者在减低血糖的同时还可以享受甜食。本文在多酶法提取苦荞糖浆的工艺基础上设计了中试苦荞糖浆生产线,采用半自动化生产出苦荞糖浆、苦荞精、苦荞膳食纤维粉3种产品,填补了国内乃至国际苦荞糖浆产品空白。 Tartary buckwheat syrup has the main biological active ingredients of tartary buckwheat.Current research shows that tartary buckwheat active substances have obvious effects on antioxidant,anti-cancer,blood sugar,blood pressure and cholesterol.Its industrial preparation can provide functional foods,sweeteners and additives for medicines for the patients with hyperlipidemia,hypertension,and hyperglycemia,and these patients can enjoy sweet foods while reducing blood sugar.Based on the process of extracting tartary buckwheat syrup by multi enzyme method,a pilot tartary buckwheat syrup production line is designed.Three products of Tartary Buckwheat syrup,Tartary Buckwheat essence and tartary buckwheat dietary fiber powder are produced by semi-automatic method,which fills the gap of Tartary Buckwheat syrup products at home and abroad.
