摘要
多糖绿色安全,且具有多种药理作用,得到了人们的广泛研究。生物多糖结构复杂,目前相关研究主要集中于多糖的一级结构。近年来的研究表明,多糖具有多种生物学功能,包括抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗辐射、增强免疫力和抗氧化等作用,在保健、医药领域具有十分广阔的应用前景。本文从化学结构和生物学功能两方面介绍了多糖的研究进展。
Polysaccharide is green,safe and has a variety of pharmacological effects,which has been widely studied.The structure of biological polysaccharides is complex.At present,relevant research mainly focuses on the primary structure of polysaccharides.Recent studies have shown that polysaccharides have a variety of biological functions,including anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,anti radiation,enhancing immunity and antioxidation.They have a very broad application prospect in the field of health care and medicine.This paper introduces the research progress of Polysaccharides from two aspects of chemical structure and biological function.
