Driven by the progress of science and technology,China’s modern analytical instruments continue to develop and innovate and are widely used in the field of food testing.Relevant personnel conduct data analysis on the chemical composition and physical properties of food through analytical instruments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of testing,which is of great significance to food quality supervision.This paper introduces the application classification of modern analytical instruments in food detection,and puts forward specific and feasible application measures of modern analytical instruments in food detection,in order to provide reference for the better application of modern analytical instruments in food detection.
