摘要
潮州饮食文化是我国传统饮食文化的典型代表,潮州菜以其“色、香、味和型”俱佳的特点而闻名,是中国四大菜系中粤菜的突出代表及广东菜三大流派之一,具有独特的岭南文化特色。本文主要阐述了潮州菜饮食文化的发展,从潮州菜的发展历史、特点及主要菜系论述潮州菜的发展过程及独特吸引力。
Chaozhou cuisine culture is a typical representative of Chinese traditional food culture.Chaozhou cuisine is famous for its excellent characteristics of“color,fragrance,taste,and shape”.It is one of the three outstanding representatives of Cantonese cuisine-one of the four major cuisine in China.It also features unique Lingnan cultural.This paper mainly expounds the development of Chaozhou cuisine food culture,and discusses the development process and unique attraction of Chaozhou cuisine from the development history,characteristics and main cuisine of Chaozhou cuisine.
