棒状柱塞气举液体漏失模型研究 被引量:7

摘要 在柱塞气举工艺举液过程中,由于管柱与柱塞间存在间隙,在速度、压力及气体滑脱等影响下必然会引起液体漏失,掌握其漏失规律对提高举升效率具有重要意义。根据柱塞与管壁间隙微元体受力平衡分析得到液体漏失的数学模型,针对柱塞自身结构特点,结合垂直管段柱塞举升模拟实验对模型进行修正,确定了棒状柱塞的漏失修正系数,建立棒状柱塞气举液液体漏失模型。将该模型的计算结果分别与Lee&Mower实验结果和不同井斜角柱塞气举液体漏失实验结果进行对比分析,计算误差均在±10%以内。误差分析结果表明,建立的棒状柱塞漏失模型在垂直井和大斜度井都具有较强的适应性,对棒状柱塞气举工艺参数的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。 In the process of plunger gas lift,due to the gap between the pipe wall and the plunger,liquid leakage will inevitably be caused under the influence of speed,pressure and gas slippage.Mastering the leakage law is of great significance to improve the lifting efficiency.The mathematical model of liquid leakage is obtained according to the force balance analysis of micro element in the gap between the pipe wall and the plunger,and the liquid leakage model is modified according to the structural characteristics of the plunger and the simulation experiment of plunger lifting in vertical pipe section,the leakage correction coefficient of rod plunger is determined,and finally the liquid leakage model of rod plunger is established.The calculation results of the model are compared with the Lee&Mower experimental results and the experimental results of plunger leakage at different well inclination angles,and the calculation errors are within.The error analysis results show that the established rod plunger leakage model has good adaptability in vertical wells and highly deviated wells,and has important guiding significance for the optimal design of process parameters of rod plunger gas lift.
